WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU ORDER

Order confirmed
You get a confirmation email within minutes. If it isn't there, check spam before you worry — it lands there more often than anyone would like.

Packed and dispatched
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day usually leave the same or next working day. You receive a second email with your tracking number the moment the parcel is handed over.

In transit
The first carrier scan can take 24–48 hours to appear. A tracking number that shows nothing on day one is normal, not a problem. After that it updates at each sorting hub.

Out for delivery
Most carriers attempt delivery twice, then hold the parcel at a local pickup point for seven to fourteen days. Watch tracking so it doesn't quietly travel back to us.
Tracking hasn't moved in a week?
Email support@falcon-clothes.com with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we replace or refund it in full, shipping included.
