Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Falcon gear. If something isn't right, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Please include your order number or proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, final-sale items and underwear cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Email us at support@falcon-clothes.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order for the size or colour you want.

Return shipping & cancellations

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item. Orders can be cancelled any time before they have been prepared for shipping.

Processing

Orders are processed on business days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed the next business day. Orders are prepared and dispatched through partner fulfilment centres.

Times are in business days, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays, counted from dispatch and not from the moment you order. The shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you confirm.

Orders over €75 ship free. The threshold is measured on the order total after any discount code.

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse you get a confirmation email with the tracking number. The first scan can take 24–48 hours to appear — that is the carrier's network, not a lost parcel.

Delays and customs

Delivery times are estimates and can move because of carrier delays, customs clearance or peak periods. Import duties or taxes that may apply outside the European Union are payable by the recipient and are set by your own customs authority, not by us.

Size guide

Falcon cut is aerodynamic — close to the body, zero flap. Get the size right the first time and nobody has to post anything back.

How to measure

Use a soft tape, measure over a base layer rather than over a jumper, and keep the tape level all the way round. Don't hold your breath or flex — measure the body you actually train in.

Chest — around the fullest part, under the armpits, arms relaxed at your sides.
Waist — around the narrowest point, usually just above the navel.
Hip — around the fullest part of the seat, feet together.
Inseam — from the crotch seam down to the ankle bone.
Foot length — stand on paper, mark heel and longest toe, measure between the marks. Do it in the evening, when your feet are at their largest.

Fit notes by product

Training tees and compression tops — athletic fit, close to the body. If you prefer room, take one size up.
Seamless leggings — the knit stretches a lot. Between sizes, take the smaller one; the larger size sags and stops sculpting.
Shorts — relaxed cut. Between sizes, take the smaller for a closer fit.
Full-zip jackets — slim fit. Size up if you plan to layer over a hoodie.
Basketball sneakers — true to size. Wide feet, take half a size up.
